Meet The Founder
Jodie's main philosophy in life is to enjoy every moment of every day and never take your health for granted. As a middle-aged, menopausal active mom to three adult daughters she has gained lots of wisdom and learned some hard lessons about health.
It was these tough lessons that led Jodie down the holistic wellness path over 25 years ago, and led her to start Clean Kiss Lifestyle in 2014.
Jodie is a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Certified Aesthetics Nutrition Practitioner (CNAP), a Certified Organic Skincare Formulator, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT250).
I have never felt stronger, sexier, more vibrant than I do now as a woman 50+. I am proud to be an energetic mid-lifer. And I practice what I teach!
