Jodie Pappas
Jodie's main philosophy in life is to enjoy every moment of every day and never take your health for granted. As a middle-aged, menopausal active mom to three adult daughters she has gained lots of wisdom and learned some hard lessons about health.
It was these tough lessons that led Jodie down the holistic wellness path she is on today, almost 25 years ago.
Jodie is a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Certified Aesthetics Nutrition Practitioner (CNAP), a Certified Organic Skincare Formulator, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT250).
I have never felt stronger, sexier, more vibrant than I do now as a woman 50+. I am proud to be an energetic mid-lifer. And I practice what I teach!
How I Got Here
Jodie's first turning point was when her soon-to-be husband, Andrew, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer just months before their wedding.
Her next turning point was at age 26 when she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) causing infertility and other medical issues affecting her health. She turned to whole nutrition and yoga to help her overcome PCOS and to conceive three daughters (a singleton and later twins).
The next life altering experience was when one of her beautiful twins was born with a rare medical condition called Bi-coronal Craniosynostosis that required major reconstructive skull surgery and treatment through Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.
When you face a medical crisis of a family member or your own, it truly makes you rethink every single thing you do. Everything we put ON and IN our bodies matters!
These medical struggles prompted Jodie to author the book Your Family Health Organizer (2007, Robert Rose Publishing Inc.). She has been a featured guest on City TV's Breakfast Television, Global TV Morning, CTV, CHCH, Rogers TV, and countless radio shows in many cities across North America informing parents about becoming advocates for their families' health. Jodie has a Corporate business background but left that world behind to pursue wellness entrepreneurship and to find better health and balance in life.
She had the vision to start Clean Kiss in 2014 out of her quest for natural, health-promoting skincare for herself and her family. Clean Kiss is proudly celebrating its 10th Birthday this year in 2024!
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Jodie looks at your body holistically, so you can Thrive 360°™️.
