Join Us ~ Jodie Pappas, Holistic Nutritionist & Lifestyle Expert, along with Linda Orsini, Wellness Educator & Meditation Teacher ~ for a special half-day retreat for women, inspired by women. Women of all ages are welcome!

In this half-day retreat, you will nurture your inner child with compassion, exploring what they truly need to feel strong, loved, and safe. From this foundation, you'll feed the fabulous woman within, grounded in emotional, physical, and spiritual alignment.

What To Expect:

In this transformative half-day retreat, we will start by delving into the power of self-compassion, learn about attachment styles and their influence on your inner world, and experience a powerful inner child meditation to connect with the wise woman within you. We will then explore how to nourish your mind, body, and soul through holistic nutrition and empowering movement. Together, we’ll create a vision for your healthiest self and set actionable goals to help you embody the vibrant, fabulous woman you are meant to be.

About Your Hosts:

Jodie is a Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in whole body wellness for menopausal women who are struggling with gut & digestive health, skin issues and hormonal imbalances.  Jodie helps you get to the root cause of your symptoms and then can work with you individually to solve it, without a restrictive diet, using her unique EAT | MOVE | LIVE method to help you THRIVE. 

Linda Orsini is a soulFULL wellness educator, leading the transformative 100-hour 'Expand Your Path to Peace' Meditation Teacher Training and the upcoming Reiki Part 1, 2, 3, and Master certification series. As the host of the 'A Call For Love' podcast, Linda invites you to awaken powerful shifts in your heart, mind, and spirit. Through the healing practices of somatic movement, a self-compassion mindset, and meditation, she empowers you to live in peace, love, and abundance.

What To Bring:

Come dressed for comfort and movement, bring your journal, yoga mat, and any other tools or inspirational items for this journey you are about to take.
